I have taught literature, writing, and African studies in American and British universities—selective and inclusive, in-person and online. At WOU, my teaching has focused on postcolonial literature, African literature, British literature, cultural trauma and memory studies, literary criticism and theory, and topical courses such as "Minority Voices," "The Human & the Nonhuman," and "Everything is Spiritual."
